Places to Visit in 2020 (regardless of whether you are nomadic or not!)

1.     Rio, Brazil

A vibrant city that is second largest in Brazil. Known for it’s parties, beautiful nature and beaches. Not the cheapest destination, but definitely worth a visit!

2.     The Amazon, Peru

Want to go deep into nature and explore? Well, the place to do it is the Amazon! It’s unkept beauty (and scary bugs, so be warned!). Think riverboat adventures, wildlife spotting, treks, and canoe trips.

3.     Atacama Desert, Chile

Chile’s beautiful Atacama Desert is the driest place on Earth, with rainfall averaging less than 250mm a year! With lots of amazing trails and beautifully lit at night, it’s a great place to visit and explore.

4.     Tulum, Mexico

Tulum is a beautiful yoga and surf town 90 minutes away from Cancun. White sands, old Mayan ruins, and good company make Tulum a popular place to visit.

5.     Rishikesh, India

Want some authentic experience in the heart of where yoga was developed and created? This is the perfect spot for you.

6.     Madagascar

Love wildlife and want somewhere that has been barely explored? Then why not book yourself a flight to Madagascar!

7.     Iceland’s Ring Road

There is nothing like a road trip, especially when you are exploring Iceland’s beautiful scenery. Lots of volcanoes, icebergs, waterfalls and northern lights at night. Check out Iceland’s Ring Road to find out more.

8.     Cairo, Egypt

Tap into Egyptian history and go explore the amazing Pyramids! As someone who is half Egyptian, I really advocate jumping on a horse or camel and riding your way around them. Especially at sunrise or sunset. Egypt is amazingly sunny any time of year so why not book your ticket today!

9.     Costa Rica

One for the bucket list! Costa Rica is going to become one of the first plastic-free and carbon-free place by 2021. Why not support their amazing decision by going to see their amazing beaches and nature.

10.  Lhasa, Tibet

With nature trails and amazing scenery, why not spend a week or two in Tibet. You can visit Lhasa to get a glimpse of the amazing Potala Palace and then take lots of nature trails in the country side to get your fill of the Himalayas.
